Eurekos has engaged Sub-Processors within the EU/EEA as well as in third party countries to provide the Customer with the Services. It is our responsibility to sign written agreements with these that contain terms that correspond to the data processing terms in the agreement you sign with us as a customer. Customers will be notified of relevant changes in Sub-Processors in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
