Confidentiality Agreement

By accessing or using any confidential information provided by Eurekos Systems ApS (“Disclosing Party”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidential Information: You acknowledge that any information disclosed by the Disclosing Party is confidential and proprietary.

2. Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating potential investment opportunities.

3. Exceptions: Your obligations under this Agreement do not apply to information that is publicly available, known to you prior to disclosure, received from a third party without restriction, or independently developed by you.

4. Term: This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely or until terminated by mutual agreement.

5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, Copenhagen.

By accessing or using any confidential information provided by Eurekos Systems ApS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
