Digital Services Act

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is an EU law that started for the biggest platforms on 25 August 2023 and for all others on 17 February 2024. It sets clear rules to make online services safer and more transparent — companies must let people easily report illegal content, act quickly and fairly on reports, and be open about moderation, ads and recommendations. Overall, it protects users’ rights online and creates fairer, more trustworthy digital services in the EU.

As Eurekos is characterized as an intermediary (SaaS provider/Hosting service), below you find our voluntary transparency report in accordance with the DSA. If you have knowledge of violations of the DSA, please report to [email protected] and provide as much detail supporting your claim. Our compliance team will process your request promptly
